Hello, I’m Linoaks Cream Liquor, although my mates call me Holly, and I’m 10 and a half years old. Apparently I'm a 'Golden Retriever' which is funny cos' I'm neither Golden nor do I Retrieve - you threw it, you go fetch it!
My favourite past times are watching TV (nature programmes and Crufts are the best), lording it in my garden and surveying my land, going on purpose built walkies (not just joining Mother when she goes riding!) and barking, I’m very good at barking.
Some say I’m a bit of a funny bean as big family gatherings makes me nervous especially if it involves presents, cards, cakes and people singing ‘Happy Birthday’! I cope with this by digging in the corner of the lounge or hiding behind the flat screen TV – this normally makes the singing stop. Mother thinks this makes me a little bit ‘special’ so she has started to wish me a ‘Happy Birthday ‘whenever she gives me a biscuit! It’s a bit scary but the biscuit makes it all worth it!
My favourite place in the world is Wonwell Beach in Devon. We holiday there twice a year and I like nothing more than just standing in the water barking!
Although I do love to bark I rarely do it in the office as that would be unprofessional and I like to think I bring an air of professional sophistication to our working environment.
