Hello, my name is Cai, I’m a black Labrador & I am 6 & a half years old.
My main passion in life is eating. My Mum calls it an obsession, but I’m not sure what that means… I LOVE my biscuits, actually they don’t even have to be my own biscuits, anyones will do. I have been known to rummage through my Mums kitchen cupboards & eat her food too! She doesn’t seem to be too keen on this & has made it increasingly difficult to find human food when I feel hungry. When REALLY hungry I also look in the bin, humans can be so wasteful & I often find tasty treats in there.
Once I even found some sandwiches in the office, they were in Annas handbag, she’d obviously left them in there for me in case I got hungry. I wish she wouldn’t wrap them in the see through stuff ‘cling film’? Much easier to chew without it….
I live with my mate Jimini, they call him a cat, but he doesn’t act like one. He has been known to share my bed & can be very cuddly, but he is NOT to be trusted. My Mum says that he has a short fuse?? I think she must be referring to his sharp claws? He has been known to chase me… Surely this is not cat behaviour?!
Jimini & I have had a busy past year as my Mum & Dad moved me from my lovely home to a ‘bungalow’?? They started what they called DIY… Which I think stands for Destroy It Yourself? They have knocked walls down & made a dreadful mess only to put up new walls??? Strange behaviour. We did all get to live in one room all together at one point which was fab! My Mum didn’t seem to like it very much me & Jimini loved it!
I love camping & going on holiday, I love the beach & the sea! Hopefully I will be going somewhere nice this summer... Will let you know if I do!
